Before the school holidays on the 20th of March 2014, we conducted an Advanced Rocketry Workshop in SMS Tuanku Syed Putra, Kangar, Perlis. The students were taught on aerodynamics and rocket design. They made their own rockets and launched them from their school field. We would like to thank the school teachers and 1MDB through their Dana Belia 1Malaysia grant for making this event possible.

Rocketry in Banting

21st February- In conjunction with their week long ‘Physics Fest’ in Kolej Matrikulasi Selangor, AAM conducted an advanced rocketry workshop for their students. Advanced Rocketry in Sabah

We conducted the first of our newly developed ‘Advanced Rocketry Workshop’ in SMK Badin, Tuaran, Sabah today. The workshop is designed for upper secondary school students with more emphasis on rocket design and aerodynamics. The students are paired in teams of two and work together to decide on fin design based on the lesson’s module taught to them. They get a free hand in ensuring built quality for launch stability and also exercise their creativity
